<BR>Job Description:<BR><BR> CDI ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS HAS IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION TO BE LOCATED AT OUR CLIENT SITE AT THE NORTH SLOPE OF ALASKA. <BR><BR>STAFF ENGINEERS<BR><BR>Local candidates are preferred. <BR>STAFF ENGINEERS to support the WELLS TEAM. <BR><BR>Local candidates are preferred. <BR><BR>The Staff Engineer's duties and responsibilities are as follows: <BR>. Provide HSE (Health Safety & Environment) leadership during planning and execution of operations, lead well testing HAZOP (Hazard & Operability Study) meetings. <BR>. Manage contractor service delivery and provide regular performance updates. <BR>. Ensure learning is transferred with BP via established knowledge management channels. <BR>. Input to well AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) estimates and review cost performance against activities on a per well basis. <BR>. Apply Beyond the Best principles to well operations (technical limits). <BR>. Train and mentor junior staff to build skills in basic Well intervention practices. <BR>. Capture of lessons learned during operations and ensures that procedures/programmes are amended as appropriate, in conjunction with supervisors and service companies. <BR>. Develop appropriate tools, methodologies and processes, working closely with related functions and common process teams, to enable effective communication, engagement and delivery across the organization. <BR>.
