<BR>Job Description:<BR><BR> WHY WAIT?<BR>Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity?<BR>This may be your lucky day!<BR>It is time for a change, and CDI can help!<BR><BR>We have an immediate need for a SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER.<BR><BR>JOB DESCRIPTION:<BR>.*SEEKING LOCAL CANDIDATES*<BR>CDI ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION TO BE LOCATED AT OUR CLIENT SITE. <BR><BR>To be considered for this role, applicants must have the following qualifications: <BR>- A minimum of 12 years of experience in the process industry (upstream, downstream or gas plants). <BR>- A strong understanding of upstream processing operations (gas/oil/water/sand handling), instrumentation and controls, and process and instrument diagrams (P&IDs). <BR>- A minimum of a bachelors degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. <BR>- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment.<BR>- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in brownfield engineering. <BR>- A working knowledge and application of regulatory. requirements, industry codes and standards and recommend practices for process equipment. <BR>- Experience with use and proper application of process simulators. <BR>- A strong understanding of stage-gated project processes. <BR>- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. <BR>- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.<BR>- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.<BR> <BR>Preferred Qualifications :<BR>In addition to the required qualifications the successful candidate is likely to be able to demonstrate the following: <BR>- Strong health, safety, and environment (HSE) focus and commitment .<BR>- Design or operations experience in upstream production facilities and gas plants. <BR>If you are selected for the position, your employment will be contingent upon submission to and successful completion of a post-offer/pre-placement drug and alcohol screening as well as pre-placement verification of the information and qualifications provided during the selection process. <BR>Minimum of a bachelors degree in Chemical or Mechanical.
