<BR>Job Description:<BR><BR> PROJECT MANAGERS NEEDED FOR NORTH SLOPE<BR>.*SEEKING LOCAL CANDIDATES*<BR>CDI ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION TO BE LOCATED AT OUR CLIENT SITE ON THE NORTH SLOPE <BR><BR>MULTIPLE OPENINGS <BR>The Project Manager will be responsible for development and execution of projects that are typically 200 million USD or smaller. <BR><BR>The duties and responsibilities for this role are as follows: <BR>. Demonstrate behaviors which promote a safe and environmentally responsible work process in all aspects of the job. <BR>. Champion a stage-gated process and coordinate input from project team members for project evaluation and execution. <BR>. Plan and lead the development of contracting, purchasing and construction management/execution strategies. <BR>. Manage and report project cost, schedule, safety and operability, along with any other significant metrics of project success. <BR>. Interface with client stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with business drivers. <BR>. Capture, communicate and apply lessons learned and best practices. <BR>. Work with the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Project Team to identify and effectively mitigate HSSE risk. <BR>. Champion the utilization of HSSE best practices. <BR><BR>To be considered for this role, applicants must have the following qualifications: <BR>. Legal authorization to work in the US on a Full time basis for anyone other than your current employer <BR>. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline <BR>. Willingness and ability to travel up to and including 25% of the time in order to fulfill the responsibilities of the position <BR>. Extensive experience managing projects and resources in the oil and gas industry <BR><BR>. Experience in project design, engineering or management <BR>. Strong knowledge of project management competencies, including project excellence stage-gated processes <BR>. Strong experience designing and constructing liquid/gas pipelines <BR>.
