<BR>Job Description:<BR><BR> REGULATORY COMPLIANCE LEAD<BR><BR>CDI ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION TO BE LOCATED AT OUR CLIENT SITE IN ANCHORAGE, ALASKA. <BR><BR>Regulatory Compliance Lead <BR><BR>Responsibilities <BR>. Oversee, Monitors and Manages Compliance issues <BR>. Helps develop Project Quality Plans, Manuals, and Procedures in compliance with requirements <BR>. Plans, develops, and conducts Internal BPXA PRP Compliance Audits and Assessments <BR>. Plans develop and conducts external PRP Compliance Audits and Assessments <BR>. Identifies issues and participates in Project Lessons Learned and Knowledge Management <BR>. Negotiates schedules with Regulators to respond to information requests in a timely manner <BR>. Plans and conducts compliance orientation/training(s) <BR>. Compliance Lead for working regulatory requirement issues <BR>. Integrates Project Management and Technical Assurance Compliance requirements into Projects <BR><BR>Experience & Knowledge <BR>. Multitasking effectively: Challenge is developing Compliance and Project Planning and Execution Systems and Processes while executing multiple fast track projects. <BR>. Ensuring Compliance issues are solved in a positive manner between the various internal and external stakeholders, while meeting Project Cost and Schedule objectives. <BR>Influencing vendors, suppliers, and fabricators through educating and training to increase their Compliance performance in a highly-regulated environment. <BR>Planning and executing compliance and technical assurance requirements at the onset of a project enables: <BR>. Clear identification of key project records for streamlined documentation for successful stage-gate progression, project closeout and lessons learned/knowledge management <BR>. Fit-for-purpose internal and external audit preparation and effectiveness <BR>. Effective project closeout documentation for project planning efforts, fabrication and construction records <BR>. Assurance of project construction turnover documentation in compliance with BPXA GOC requirements. <BR>. Due-diligence project documentation for external regulatory audit success. <BR>Skills/Behaviours <BR>Desired Skills and Experience (years and nature): <BR>. Direct North Slope regulatory compliance experience in U.S. DOT-PHMSA jurisdictional pipelines and State of Alaska ADEC jurisdictional pipelines <BR>. Regulatory professional with 10 to 15 years working in the pipeline safety and environmental compliance field <BR>. A thorough knowledge of a Regulatory Agencies including, DOT, ADEC, ADNR, EPA, OSHA- <BR>. Experience Regulatory Auditor with at least 5 years industry experience <BR>. Experience Regulatory Professional using Audit and Quality tools/techniques for Continuous improvement <BR>. Advanced technical writing and editing skills and meeting presentation <BR>. Advanced proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat <BR>. Excellent communication and networking skills <BR>. Ability to work within a team and on your own initiative <BR>. Working knowledge of electronic procurement, work order, document control, compliance tracking, and project knowledge management systems <BR>. Working knowledge of engineering drawings, GIS, oil and gas industry codes and standards, and site technical practices <BR>. High degree of organization and ability to meet deadlines <BR>. Working knowledge of procurement, quality control, quality assurance, project controls, fabrication and construction systems <BR>. Ability to participate in incident investigations and assist in preparation of audit or incident reports. <BR>. Regulatory Knowledge (20+ years) <BR>. Negotiation Skills. <BR>.
